About the programme

Building a Self-Reliant Generation

The My People First Empowerment Initiative Skills Acquisition & Empowerment Programme is our flagship initiative designed to equip youths and women with practical, marketable skills — providing them with the tools and confidence they need to earn a living and support their families.

Run under the supervision of certified trainers at accredited training centres, the programme covers a wide variety of trades and digital skills. Upon completion, participants receive an NDE certificate, working tools, and a monthly stipend of ₦10,000.
